Lenore Henning, R.N. is the President of the American Nurses TrainingAssociation, Inventor of "The Beata Clasp", and a 35-year veteran ofclinical bedside nursing. She has worked extensively on increasingawareness of patient safety issues and her "Bringing Safety Back tothe Bedside" and "Ask Me Anything" campaigns have been very wellreceived.

Love guides Lenore every day as she practices focused kindness andcompassion one patient, one neighbor, one life at a time. She knowsthat when people are in pain, in fear, or confused, the person helpingthem matters in an entirely different way. Lenore acts upon thephilosophy of "love as the solution" daily and implements theprinciples of doing one's best, fairness, and acceptance in everythingshe does.
