Pursuant to our discussion at our last meeting, I have prepared a short statement which you may feel free to incorporate into your website.
Prior to entering the practice of law, I took an oath to support the Constitution of the Untied States and the Constitution of the State of California, and to faithfully discharge the duties of any attorney at law to the best of my knowledge and ability. I believe that by virtue of this oath, there is a promise to seek results in work that are fair and just and to show respect, treat people honestly, accept responsibility for professional conduct, and uphold the highest standards. I adhere to this challenge on a daily basis. Nasser Zaghi's message of love an acceptance in many ways reflects the principles embodied in the oath of admissions to the State Bar. If everyone took an oath to be fair and just and to show respect, treat people honesty, and accept responsibility to do our best, the world would be a kinder, more peaceful place.
Sincerely,
Patrick A. Kohlmann, Esq
